Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and ABA Therapy Partners (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website https://abatherapypartners.com (the “Site”), as well as any related services, applications, or communications (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and Services and must discontinue use immediately.

Our Services (including ABA therapy staffing, recruiting, and related support) are primarily provided to schools, districts, families, and professionals. Parents or legal guardians using the Site on behalf of minors must have the authority to do so and agree to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

Services Overview

ABA Therapy Partners provides services for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and related healthcare roles (e.g., behavior technicians, paraeducators, SLPs, LVNs, school nurses) to educational institutions and other clients. The Site offers information, career opportunities, contact forms, blog content, and resources. Actual service agreements with clients or candidates are governed by separate contracts.

User Accounts and Registration

Certain features may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) is the property of ABA Therapy Partners or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal or authorized business purposes. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABA Therapy Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid to us in the preceding 12 months (if any).

Indemnification
